On October 3rd, 2025, the Interreg Euro-MED EnerCmed Project organized the online event “Policy and Instruments for Energy Transitions”, bringing together Projects from the Green Living Areas community on Renewable Energy Communities (REC), Nature-Based Solutions (NBS), and financial specialists. The event aimed to foster knowledge exchange and explore effective instruments for supporting the energy transition.
Within Session 2 – Tools and Technologies for Resilient Energy Communities, Mr. Pablo Palomo Torralva from Fundación Valenciaport, project partner of RENEWPORT, presented the RENEWPORT RES Toolkit.
Developed within the project by Fundación Valenciaport, the toolkit is designed to support ports, policymakers, and key stakeholders in planning and implementing energy transition strategies. It offers concrete tools and methodologies to facilitate the integration of renewable energy and promote sustainable port development. The toolkit is available on the project website.
