Over the past months, RENEWPORT project partners have actively tested the RENEWPORT RES Toolkit across various pilot sites. The toolkit’s results were compared with on-site studies to evaluate its accuracy and effectiveness. This process helped assess the potential for renewable energy generation in the areas, identifying suitable sources such as solar and wind power, along with their possible applications. The findings provide valuable insights into the toolkit’s practical use for energy planning. A comprehensive report has now been released, summarizing all results and offering recommendations for future renewable energy integration in port areas.
